PUMPKIN DIET: LOSE UP TO 20 POUNDS IN JUST 2 WEEKS

This diet lasts two weeks, it is important to mention is suitable for the fall period, because then the pumpkins have grown. During this diet period, you can lose weight 15 to 20 pounds. With this diet, you will cleanse and rejuvenate the body.

Pumpkin is full of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, pectin and minerals (potassium, iron, zinc, calcium ), vitamins B group, C, E, PP, important vitamins A and K, and T, which are hard to find in other types of vegetables.

THE DIET INCLUDED MEALS, WHICH CONSIST OF TEA OR COFFEE WITHOUT SUGAR, UNSWEETENED FRUIT, AND MINERAL WATER.

FIRST DAY

Breakfast: You should consume pumpkin puree with rice, millet or oats and carrots and lemon juice

Lunch: Consume vegetable soup with pumpkin (onion, a few potatoes, peppers, carrots, green leafy vegetables and vegetable oil)

Dinner: Take some baked pumpkin

SECOND DAY

Breakfast: You should consume salad with pumpkin porridge

Lunch: Prepare pumpkin puree and  vegetable soup

Dinner: Take any fruit of your choice

THIRD DAY

Breakfast: You should  consume porridge pumpkin and vegetable salad

Lunch: You can take a vegetable soup

Dinner: Eat 2 slices of toast and pumpkin salad with pineapple

DAY FOUR

Breakfast: You should consume porridge pumpkin and  vegetable salad

Lunch: Eat vegetable soup and braized sweet paprika

Dinner: You can take  ragout (vegetables, pumpkin, and mushrooms)

For the fifth day repeat from the start menu.
